Finding Your Ground is nine guided audio practices, written and recorded by Dr Kelly Leech, Clinical Psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor, organised by nervous system state so you can match the tool to the client: calming practices for activation, re-engaging practices for shutdown. Each practice is between 3 and 10 minutes long.

How long are the practices?Each is between 3 and 10 minutes. The Physiological Sigh is the shortest; the Body Scan and Safe and Calm Place are the longest.

How do I receive it?A download link is emailed to you straight after purchase. Download it to a computer or phone and keep a copy, as the link expires after a while.

How do I open a ZIP file on my phone?On iPhone, tap the file in your Files app and it unzips into a folder. On Android, open it in your Files app and tap Extract. On a computer, double-click it.

Is this therapy?No. Finding Your Ground is an educational resource for building regulation skills. It works well alongside therapy but isn’t a substitute for it. The Start Here guide covers who it suits and when to check with a clinician first. Does it cover telehealth clients?Yes, wherever you see your clients.

Can colleagues in my practice use it?The Therapist Licence covers one clinician. If several clinicians want to use it, the Practice Licence covers your whole team and all their clients.

Can I use it in group programmes?Please get in touch before using the materials in a group setting.
