Finding Your Ground: Individual Licence
For your own personal use.
Finding Your Ground is a regulation audio suite of nine guided practices, written and recorded by Dr Kelly Leech, Clinical Psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor. The practices are organised by what your nervous system is actually doing, so you can match the practice to how you feel. Each one is between 3 and 10 minutes long.
